The apartment is fine, but the parking is a total nightmare. They had to give us a garage because there was no covered parking left. With 2 of us on the lease only one car has parking. I asked to upgrade and pay for a 2 car garage and I was told that they dont do that. So it is a constant fight to find anywhere to park. With that being said I am left to either park on the main street by the golf course or up front by the leasing office if that's avaliable. I came in there when the old management was still there. This new management is not too good. I have had issues when it comes to maintenance. I put in a work order for more than four days and above, nobody borders about it, until I have to call and follow up on my work orders. That is not really nice and it had to do with my fire alarm systems, we are taking of life and death here. It's a very great place to live in but To me customer service is very poor, needs improvement. Thanks
Someone stole my unborn daughters hospital bag from a the trunk of charcoal chevy Malibu on the mirabella side today 7/9/2015. Hospital bag had new born clothes, blankets, diapers, wipes, grooming kit, and my 2 yr old daughters. We are heading to the hospital today. On top of that the apartments are nothing like the showroom. The apartment we moved in has multiple problems with the appliances and they still have not been fixed.
