All the time. Dog feces EVERYWHERE. In the HOTT Arizona heat ... garbage overflows - this community used to be A LOT cleaner A LOT nicer before Grey Star. Also, people don’t get home from work until 5/6 .. and you state your closing your pools at 6. So why multiple times are you locking the pools closing them at 5:30? I also don’t reccomend Bella Mirage because over the summer I had a broken AC .. it took TWO WEEKS to get fixed from the initial phone call and about 4 more I placed. The apartment is Infested with scorpions! We’ve made numerous complaints to management to no avail! We hired Orkin and they said the place is infested!
RecommendedI have lived here for almost a year now and for the most part love it. I have made a Facebook page for everyone who is in the complex so that we can all keep in touch. Please add yourself to it if you currently live here. Just search Bella mirage apartments Avondale az :)
I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I chose this community because of the amenities. I was okay with paying the rent, which is a little steep comparable to others, because they had great amenities. In the 2 years Ive lived here the amenities were broke for at least half the time. Nothing has ever worked all at the same time. They raise the rent each renewal. If they get their stuff together it would be a great place to live. Until then.... not so much.

We moved from Maine to Tolleson the beginning of 2018, and had a NIGHTMARE experience. We found this within a few hours of moving into the place of Tolleson. We were young and had a 4 month old baby with us and no friends or family to help. After only 3 days of hotel living, we were accepted and ready to move into Mirrabella!
