Thank you for stabilising both units , ie; washer & dryer , but if I understand your final analysis of the dryer , the noise it now makes when being used is due to it's worn bearings , and can not be fixed . Replacement may be required in due time , when the noise becomes unacceptable ! Thank you for the service !Nick Brouwer

I understand that dealing with tenants all day must be draining and taxing. It takes a special company that is able to manage that and still have a personal touch. Panoramic is not there yet, as with most property management companies. 🤔
