Well... My wife has medical appointments at this location. The MEDICAL center is outstanding ... 5 stars.. Sadly, the parking lot is a 1 star.. Staff nonexistent.. and very expensive 🫰... So... The 3 stars
Parked at 3:30pm on Saturday in their public garage. Well the garage door shut around 8pm and I was unable to get my car until the next day. Got stuck with a $52.00 fee for parking overnight against my wishes. Disgusting setup they have with their parking
The remote parking staff (who answer the intercom) are extremely rude and practically hostile. The woman "helping" me ended up hanging up on me as I was in the line, stuck behind the barrier with cars waiting behind me, and unable to pay. Thankfully a friendly on-site worker helped.
