New or prospecting residents BEWARE: Firstly, if you do decide to live here, make sure you’re insistent on the special deals- they have different rates depending on the season, week, month, etc., I’m not sure how it works but I know it’s ongoing. Our lease person didn’t even mention or offer it if it wasn’t for a agent who hadn’t told us about it. After we mentioned it, he didn’t include it in our rental agreement- I suppose he “forgot”. This property and its management I absolute TRASH. We asked about the poor reviews we had read prior to touring: The answer which is now laughable: “We have residents who write bad reviews so less people will move in, and we don’t raise their rent.” WHAT? No, this place is as shady and corrupt as previous residents have so eloquently written before me. 1. Once you sign the lease, they don’t care about you, their job is done. They got your money. I have very mixed emotions about my experience living at 3700 M. While it is a fun location and beautiful amenities management is subpar.. My car was stolen out of the gated garage last fall. When I discovered my car missing I notified the front desk and they told me to call the police which I did. The front desk attendant (Rhonda) did not take an incident report until I after I escalated the issue to the “manager”. Alicia (manager) was extremely dismissive and unkind.. I love my building, love the location, love my apartment, literally would never leave but the management is SLOW to respond - nor do they act like they are happy to hear from residents/enjoy their jobs - and I'm not the only who has said this. It's noisy, the walls and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors even when they are just walking around. The elevators continue to break down, we've had one elevator for a 21 story high rise for like a month. I've seen cars build up with dust in the parking garage for m... read more

That’s a dog on the balcony. It sits out there walking in circles all day. Currently raining and cold. Called the concierge to do something - well, that was 3 days ago and nothing changed.
