We have been a couple of times and it was great. My husband and myself went there for our anniversary last night and we where not impressed. The service and food was horrible. The food was cold and the grilled shrimp we received was rubbery and seemed to be over cooked and left setting for sometime. When spending $100.00 or more on dinner you expect a little more.

It was date night for us. Service was good but slow. The bread that they give you was good. We had brugers and fries. They were okay not great. They had no salt and pepper on the table.

Nice atmosphere, but grossly overpriced for the quality of food.
My burger was delicious and perfectly cooked, the fries were average and the service was horrendous. The server was nice enough when I did see him but did not return identity enough. It wasn't due to being busy either. The servers were hanging out by the bar chatting. Did not like Harrah's therefore I won't be going back.
