The Purple Experience was my first visit to 37 Main Buford, and it was very disappointing! The management's failure to make an announcement regarding the delay of band members shows complete disrespect for their customers. We had a table, and initially ordered an appetizer and drinks. Twenty minutes later, we all ordered entrees. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I questioned our server about the appetizer and she said she'd check on it. Went to see Prince cover band and the ad said It started at 9. Well some guy show up at 11.15. And started talking for about 20 minutes .Finally the band started playing . Quality of the band was a 3 at best. Perhaps they warmed after we left . To make matters worst our others friends that went to 37 main Jones Creek had a great time watching drivin and crying while we were standing for 3 hours waiting for a cover band.
Never coming back. It's 11 pm and we are still waiting for a 9pm show to start.

We do apologizing on our end for the delay. Dr. Fink had a death in the family and was at funeral. Delta flight 1152 was delayed 4 hours. It was an unfortunate circumstance that held up the show, that regretfully effected everyone. We've never had a delay of this degree and hope you understand it was out of our control. It was a great show, and glad we were able to add another show to pay tribute to prince after his unfortunate passing .
It was a lot if fun. I will definitely go again, next time I'm in Georgia.

We had someone make reservations for our group and when we get there we were told they couldn't find them. The food was fair and service was ok. If they get a little more organized we might go back.
