Lived here briefly in 1997 in a large 2 bedroom at the back in the Penthouse! I remember the only thing exciting was the 'gold' handles. The landlords were extremely rude also! We had a tenant below us who couldn't handle ANY noise beyond 11 p.m too, so we had tip toe around after that PLUS we had no pets and 3 million FLEAS. I'd be bit immediately after entering our suite and was covered in flea bites. Elderly and long term tenants treated poorly here
Terrible! My father is an elderly tenant. But a resident for nearly 20 years. His apartment is falling apart, the stove doesn't work, and they have bugs! And when we submitted requests - they are ignored. They won't fix the stove, or "replace it until someone moves out or dies" They are literally making life hard for the elderly tenants so the can fix up the units and jack up the prices. But know this, if you get a unit here, you will be spraying for bugs often! New management doesn't care. They do not reply to requests. The... read more
