Get used to cold showers. A boiler breaks every month. If you report any sort of pest problem you'll be told that it will sort itself out when the weather gets cold. Parking is terrible, don't bother paying for it. Management has said that they don't intend to do anything about cars without parking stickers. Been living at here for the past 3 years and have been happy to call this place home. They have done a great job of renovating the apartments and have been contently working on improving the building overall. The Superintendent Cathy is dedicated to her job, responsive and quick to address maintenance requests and we have always had minimal issues.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and love my apartment. The building and parking garage are very secure, making me feel very safe. The cleanliness of the building is superb, floors are always washed and cleaned, hallways always vacuumed. The resident manager Cathy takes pride in her job and it really shows! The management of this building has greatly improved since Cathy took over. Any concerns are addressed very quickly and resolved. Overall, a very quiet and lovely place to live. I would recommend it to anyone!
