Avoid renting here. I would give zero stars if I could. Rent is about $2,000 plus hydro and an extra $100 for parking, and it is not worth it. There is no visitor parking and no signage indicating tenant versus visitor spaces. Management tells visitors to park at No Frills across the road, which is private property. If you park in a spot thinking it’s for visitors, tenants may block you in. This creates unnecessary conflict and confusion. The apartment is very small. Took away visitor parking. How does an apartment building of this size have zero visitor parking? Cockroaches, no heat and water that even when boiled is unusable, white stuff floating in it. When using the hot water a cup fills with what looks like soap. Highly do not recommend this building.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have been living here since April 2025 and it’s nothing but problems. The parking???? Non existent but still expected to pay 100 dollars a month….. not assigned a spot…. $2099 a month for rent then parking is ridiculous for this place it’s disgusting. The water is being “fixed” 5 times (minimum) a month. absolutely would not recommend this building and metcap in general to my worst enemy. - rarely hot water running - there is water shut off biweekly from 9-5 - ants and cocroaches present - disgusting, smelly, expensive and full of pets hair washing machines in laundry room. - most of the equipment is out of order at the gym - lots of noise from drilling, banging etc. Monday-Friday, sometimes Saturdays. so if you like peace and quiet, forget about it in this buiding - walls are paper thin so good luck if your bedroom wall sha... read more
Do not move here unless you want to just toss your money away. Been here 5 years and have been able to look past alot of the little things. However, water being turned off 2-4 times a month, boiler being broken during the winter (almost weekly), bedbugs, ants and roaches, the amount of theft in the building, and to top it off the parking. Few people had their spots moved around and issued new ones back in October.
