Update: lower to 1 star. The entire office staff is incompetent. They have had maintenance people sent to my apartment because of a leak in the unit below me four days in a row. They constantly fail to give any notice of when someone is coming and repeatedly give incorrect information. For example, they tell me subcontractors are coming Tuesday afternoon so I make arrangements at work so I can be home and then give me a surprise phone call on Tuesday morning saying they are about to enter the unit. I've lived at this apartment complex for almost 10 years. I've moved out in 2026 and over the last few years, it has taken a down turn. It's a basic apartment complex that isn't fancy and meets some of your needs. The amenities are lacking compared to other facilities and the upkeep of the complex leaves something to be desired. Some of the rooms are income restricted, which helps out those with limited income, but it shows through the condition of the building, especially the rooms. I am posting after being here for almost 6 months. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed living here at 36Sixty! Maintenance is outstanding(Kevin is a great member of the team!) The apts are very spacious and my large 3 piece living room furniture fits perfectly in the living room! Thank you to Rosie, Victoria, Kevin, and John for making my stay comfortable.
