One of the best places to get lease and application was very smooth with lovely Mrs. Rosa
I had a fantastic experience touring the property. John Douglas, one of the leasing agents, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing clear and detailed explanations about the building's amenities, floor plans, and the entire application process. They answered all of my questions with patience and made me feel completely at ease. The professionalism and genuine warmth of the staff made a great impression.

Management (Chris and James) and the leasing agents (John and Victoria) are amazing. They’ve been responsive and attentive to my needs. Even the maintenance staff have been timely on my work orders. I truly enjoy being here. Even the groundskeeper is attentive and friendly. Truly blessed. Coming from a bad rental property In the past this has been a big improvement and stress relief.
John, Chris, and James in the leasing office has been doing a wonderful job on getting 36Sixty back to what it used to be. I have no complaints. Also, the cleaning guy Julio has been a breath of fresh air. Anytime I need help because maybe I seen a bug somewhere he has no problem coming to the rescue lol.
