Do not rent here unless you want your car to get towed and you have to pay $305 to get your car back and you get charged $25 for a ‘trash violation.’ The violation in question? I left in the morning for work and did not bring the trash can back inside. At 2pm the staff placed a violation on my door. Used to like it here until recent management. Horrible staff, all the amenities are broken, cars get stolen and broken into, the parking app only allows one car for 24 hours otherwise they will tow you, the gate is constantly broken, it’s filthy, absolutely filthy and smells horrible, there’s leaks everywhere. And they will not help you. Fees constantly are rising, and if you dare complain, the office gives you so much attitude and is downright disrespectful, all while having no issues taking your money.

Rose and Mo were great agents showing me around the apartment. They are very knowledgeable and kind. There were a few problems in the apartment I got but they got resolved quickly.

I’ve been living at 36Sixty, and unfortunately, the coffee machine has been out of service for nearly three weeks now. What’s more frustrating is that there doesn’t seem to be any clear communication or follow-up regarding when it will be fixed. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but three weeks is a long time for a basic community amenity to remain unavailable without any resolution or update. I’ve been living here for about two years, and there are a couple of changes that have made the experience more frustrating. First, guest parking used to be unlimited, but now residents are only allowed two guest parking passes. On top of that, the app often only lets you add one guest at a time. So if you have 3 or 4 people visiting at the same time, parking becomes a real problem—even though the guest parking area is almost always mostly empty. The second issue is the coffee machine.
