36Sixty has given me the best apartment experience so far. The staff respond incredibly quickly, and the manager, Chris, always makes things work smoothly. Compared to other buildings, 36Sixty offers larger units for the price. Whenever something breaks, maintenance comes by the same day or the next day to fix it. The neighbors are all nice and quiet so far.
This is my second year to live here. I find my stay at this apartment great. The office staff always so friendly and speaking to me when they see me around. This morning they gave tacos and drinks for us. They are always giving out some free things as attached in my photos. Even for Father’s Day last year they gave out stuff for the dads. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had living anywhere. Management sucks. The leasing office people are super rude. Maintenance never comes or that if they do they’re like two weeks late. Not to mention all the dogs that are constantly barking and preventing anyone from sleeping. The dogs bark so loud You couldn’t sleep outside if you wanted to.
