We had a water filter burst in our kitchen causing a lot of damage, so we have been having various contractors come in for estimates to send to insurance. Jim and Susan have both been excellent, with great professionalism, communication, and timeliness. I haven't had them do any work yet because I'm waiting on insurance still, but can already tell how excellent of a company it is based off of the professionalism and service received already.
From the very beginning the process was just right for us. The crews were all caring and professional every step of the way.

Jim, Susan and the painting crew were great! I had a lot of changes occur during the scheduling process, as they were painting the day after we moved in, and they helped make the process much easier. We enjoyed the painting crew, they did a great job and were very thorough.
