I have nothing but ABSOLUTE PRAISE for Gil and the 365 Kool Team! After enduring years of substandard AC cooling from our fairly recent (2021 installation), it was Gil and his Team who determined that the original installer had literally installed the system BACKWARDS!!! Gil's people corrected that problem and we got nice, cool AC. But there was another problem. Two of the units lost their cooling even though we were barely in those rooms. I wish negative stars was an option. These guys ripped us off in the most epic way. The salesperson Gil came here and convinced us our mini split could be repaired, even though we were trying to replace it. He told us he would pressure test the system, check for leaks and add freon. So it would cost us half of what a new system would cost and last us another 5 years. So we believed him and paid him $5000 in cash.
