I must say 365 Kool came to my rescue today. I was able to get an appointment the same day and Gil my service person was clear in explaining everything to me. He was able to get my system working as it should, and I felt confident with the work that was done. I would highly recommend 365 Kool.
Do not use this company. They ripped off my father In law because he's older and they thought easy payday. $4700 to out freon in a system they new would leak. Told him he could put it toward a new system with a quote of $17,000. Got another guy who quoted $8000. If this is how you treat the elderly you should be ashamed

I have nothing but ABSOLUTE PRAISE for Gil and the 365 Kool Team! After enduring years of substandard AC cooling from our fairly recent (2021 installation), it was Gil and his Team who determined that the original installer had literally installed the system BACKWARDS!!! Gil's people corrected that problem and we got nice, cool AC. But there was another problem. Two of the units lost their cooling even though we were barely in those rooms.
