Spoke to a manager directly who said they would call back in a few days. Never heard back from them. Very unprofessional.
The room was very comfortable, with a nice size bathroom. The kitchenette had everything needed, quiet and clean. The location of the room in the building was so convenient. Other then the shower pressure, it was a very good stay.
I had a wonderful time staying with 365 experience . The overall service was professional , staffs were very responsive and the best prices . I will be choosing 365 experience next time and I recommend choosing them 🙂
Just a few disappointing things, no heat in the unit in middle of winter, no communication about this either, sent message to a phone and messaged through the site, no response. Hot water only came for about 10 mins, and you had to run it that long to come through. went for two nights with only two towels for two people, management said they were bringing some but never came. $65.00 cleaning fee and these two were missed for a long time by the looks of it!
