I saw a lot of negative reviews on this place online but noticed that a lot of the complaints were a result of customers not taking preventative measures in their car buying endeavors(carfax, multi-point inspections), setting payment arrangements without money in their accounts, or just irrelevant opinions on salesmen. These guys have been open long enough and my experience with them was absolutely supreme. People shouldn't post reviews when their issues are results of their own shortcomings in life.
I know buying a used car is a risk and a month after I got my civic it needed an oil pan. I called 365 and they hooked me up with a good mechanic. Obviously they weren't responsible but Jay, the salesman, went above and beyond for me.
