No words to express, I am extremely satisfied with the results, I absolutely love the classes, the atmosphere, the people, once you start any routine I don't want to stop..so glad I am part of 360 Wellness Club..my favorite coaches, Vincent, Neyla, Yomara, Maria.....love the place..
I love to go there, I exercise in my own level ( I have injuries) and they give me modified movements, always very supportive, a lot of fun, they have great couches taking care one on one always!
It's a very friendly environment! You can work out at your own pace! Lots of motivation and positivity!
