Their workouts provide exactly what I was looking for in a cardio program and they’re flexible for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. RecommendedThe Coaches are AWSOME. Nutrition is DELICIOUS. Several different classes to choose from. My favorites are Drumming, Kickboxing and toning. They teach you the right way to do things, even if you need to modify for anything. 360 is one of my HAPPY PLACES..💗💞
Very awesome, wonderful and friendly people (both the trainers and other people working out with you). I need to get off my butt and go back, because not only do they work you out, it definitely works. Working out here has helped me to suppress my appetite to where I don't think about going for the bad food choices as much.
