I started going here for intermittent lower back pain. After just one month of weekly adjustments, I've noticed steady progress each week. I have less tension, less frequent back pain, and better core engagement and posture. I've also noticed a difference in my Barre3 classes. It feels like I'm able to better engage the right muscles throughout the workout. I'm excited to keep going and see what other benefits come with continued care. Highly recommend!
