We stayed with them for 2 years. We only moved out because the landlord wanted to sell the house. The issue started when we moved out. We NEVER got a move out inspection sheet done as stated in the lease in the required time frame. Efforts to get up with Michael which were MANY WERE FRUITLESS. I rented from this company paid my rent on time during the 2 years I lived there. Through the pandemic and all. This year a day before my son birthday I get a call from Amanda stating that the owner wants to sell the house and I need to be out in 60 days. I had to pack a whole house that I had been settled into for two years up in 60 days on top of go to work, on top of taking care of two toddlers. However i complied and did what I had to do. We Love the home but not the service. Been 4-5 months and no dishwasher. Moved in to dirty home yard hasnt been done in years fake window promise of a dishwasher by in month. 4 Month nothing. The space is ugly makes kitchen look nasty. But they want rent. Almost paid 7k and still no dishwahser.
