They're sneaky, money hungry crooks! I cleaned the place top to bottom upon moving out. It looked better than it did upon moving in, and I was still charged bogus amounts for trumped up b.s. The walls were dirty, half painted where you can see stucco patches everywhere and they have the nerve to tell you to scrub walls even if you write it down in your move-in inspection as already being dirty.
