I’ve been working with Nicole and 360 properties since 2020. They manage multiple properties for me and I could be happier. I switched to 360 Properties from another company that seemed unable and unwilling to provide me with accurate monthly financial reports. I have been very happy with Nicole and her team. i have had my rental managed by 360 for 2 years now going on 3. They are very attentive and responsive to every concern i've had. I had a Washing machine in my unit that needed servicing and they handled it rapidly with minimal impact to the occupant. Same goes for the dishwasher the needed replaced. This has been a great experience and has truly allowed myself to be hands off and trust that they have it handled! i definitely recommend 360 to manage your property
I highly recommend 360 Properties if you're a homeowner looking for a property manager to manage your home in North Austin, Leander, Georgetown, or surrounding areas. Nicole, the owner, is an excellent communicator that genuinely cares about the upkeep of your home and sets fair expectations with tenants. Their head of maintenance Shaun is resourceful and quick to help with anything that comes up.
