I was a tenant at a property managed by 360 Properties for several years. I found Nicole and Chasity to be prompt, courteous, and professional. They took over from a previous property management company. The maintenance contractors that 360 uses are far superior to what we were getting previously. I never hesitated to reach out to them and they always took care of everything the owner approved quickly and well.

Working with Nicole Martin has been a true pleasure. I'm from out of state and wanted to purchase an investment property -- Nicole was absolutely instrumental in showing us homes (via FaceTime!) and helping us get the offer accepted. To get it rented, I chose Nicole as my broker and property manager. She has been great about making sure that it's ready for my first lucky tenants!
Simply perfect! Nicole is the best in the business if you need a good property manger, I have used her for all of my rental properties and have never had a single problem! She handles my properties as if they were her own, I was having an issue with one of my tenants keeping the grass cut and she simply took care of what needed to be done! I cant praise her enough!
