I highly recommend 360 Properties if you're a homeowner looking for a property manager to manage your home in North Austin, Leander, Georgetown, or surrounding areas. Nicole, the owner, is an excellent communicator that genuinely cares about the upkeep of your home and sets fair expectations with tenants. Their head of maintenance Shaun is resourceful and quick to help with anything that comes up.
BEWARE! All I ask is to read 2 things very carefully. The lease agreement and the Rhino policy. The Rhino policy isn't insurance for you, it's for the landlord. A property management can POTENTIALLY file a claim with Rhino whatever they feel like. If Rhino accepts, then Rhino WILL come after you for all the money they paid to the landlord with all of their lawyers. I highly recommend 360 Properties as your rental company. I lived in one of their homes for seven years, and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns about the property. Their online portal is also a great feature—it’s easy to use and lets you request maintenance, check your payment history, and view your account balance.
It's been great working with Nicole! They're so friendly and quick to respond. They truly raise the bar on professionalism and customer service.
BEWARE !!!! The owner Nicole will not be ethical with home owners . She represented our property and burned us and took money that wasn't hers to keep. She made up a contract for price , timeline etc without consent or showing us ( the owners ) and when we didn't agree with the contract she made up and had tenants sign her words were " tough !
