In 2022 I fortunately finally finalized my divorce and had to sell my house. I chose 360 Properties to help with the sell of my house and could not have chosen a better realtor than Nicole Mancuso!! Was pleased with Nicole and her team at 360 properties. Used them the last 2 years for managing my rental and were able to handle a challenging situation. Shaun did a great on the turnaround to sale the property and I found the cost reasonable. It saved me time and money dealing with vendors.
Recently leased a small property from 360 Properties during a transition between homes for a year. I am happy to 100% attest that my experience was exceptional and if I didn’t find such a great deal on a new condo I would have stayed at the property indefinitely.
