I inquired about one of Nicole Mancuso’s rental listings and came to the table as prepared as a tenant can be. I offered to sign a three-year lease, offered to pay full asking rent, and offered to provide proof of income, rental history, and savings the same day, enough savings to cover the entire lease term even if I stopped working. Recently leased a small property from 360 Properties during a transition between homes for a year. I am happy to 100% attest that my experience was exceptional and if I didn’t find such a great deal on a new condo I would have stayed at the property indefinitely.
