If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m honestly not sure where all the five-star reviews came from after what I experienced. I brought my 8-year-old son in for his first braces appointment, and the nurse, Natasha, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical throughout the visit. She never introduced herself and started off by trying to be “funny,” after her aggressive tone on all of her instructions to my 8 years old son, not once, but several times. The place is nice and clean. All the staff are extremely friendly, excited to work and very helpful. The place is very welcoming to everyone. One worker especially was very kind and that would be Natasha! Thank her for all the help and support!
These wonderful people are all awesome! Very professional and yet very caring. Did a great job on my son. very efficient and no surprises. Highly recommended! Thank you all!
Very detailed about the whole breves braces process and what my daughter would expect in the first week.
