Terrible front desk
The manager Janet was very understanding. She helped me solve the appointments
Overall a great experience!!! When I arrived was greeted nicely by the ladies I at the front desk. They answered all my questions and decided that same day to proceed with the treatment plan. Which by the way they offer financial programs to help finance your treatment and if not approved they can help you in house. I would definitely recommend the Santa Ana location. Big thanks to Dr Alvarado, Cristy, Janet and Karely for all the help.
