Wonderful experience checking in... Easy to work with anf very helpful. Property is clean and everything works fine. I would definitely recommend this company.
They were very patient with me with the circumstances that I was in. Very kind and very understanding people. Definitely recommend them.
Terrible company. I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible communication, does not respond or do anything in return for their mistakes. AC has been out a week, not fixed. We got charged to fix our disposal when the maintenance guy told us it was due to rusted pipes. Do not recommend.
Genuinely worst management company. Do not ask for much as far as a college rental. Rude and incompetent manager, Tori. Repairs NEVER done properly much less if they even show up to do so. Yard work never completed in a timely manner if at all. Do not recommend working with 360 if you can avoid it.
