This place desperately needs new management. The entire management at 360 luxury apartments is absolutely abysmal. I was offered a new rate on a new lease before my previous one ran out, because they filed my renters insurance improperly they never sent me the new lease and charged me month to month rent for 5 months without ever notifying me.
