This place desperately needs new management. The entire management at 360 luxury apartments is absolutely abysmal. I was offered a new rate on a new lease before my previous one ran out, because they filed my renters insurance improperly they never sent me the new lease and charged me month to month rent for 5 months without ever notifying me. Cesar H and his crew are top notch. I have lived at a couple of luxury apartment complexes and having an amazing maintenance team makes apartment living the only type of living. I love that they are available, friendly, and great at what they do. My favorite thing though is they care about me not just my apartment, always making sure my day is going great when I see them around the community. Thank You Cesar! You are AWESOME!!!!
