Working with Janet Soriano of 360insurance has been beneficial for our personal insurance as well as investment properties insurance. I moved my policies saving $1300/yr from a major carrier. During the second year, my premiums did not increase where as my previous carrier premiums increased significantly. Although I cannot predict future rates, I am ahead with savings & coverage.
