Scott inspected a home for my wife and I in Dade City. His inspection was excellent, focused, and precise. His analysis empowered us to make a good purchasing decision and also to meet our insurance needs (Wind Mitigation Report, and 4-point). His reports were detailed yet written so as to be easily understood. At the end of the inspection he walked us to each point in the home and yard to carefully explain his findings, highlighting problem areas. Highly competent and a nice guy with a sense of humor.
