A man that sits at the front desk was very rude to me and my disabled cousin we were not standing in front of the door, but he decided to come out there and tell us to get out of front of his door. We had a doctors appointment at the office across the hall my cousin is in a wheelchair for God sakes. We were literally just right there in the hallway a public space waiting for my car to be pulled around. I did not want her to wait outside in the cold. I hope everyone else in your office is not the same
So thankful for Dr Downs and his team! I called him over Thanksgiving, he spent time with me and encouraged me to seek emergency attention which prevented a major medical issue! In addition, the wellness counseling I’ve received has improve my low energy and cleared up acne prone skin. Cannot say how thankful I am for the thorough testing and evaluation I’ve received which is completely different than any medical advice received previously! Thank you!

This small family practice is amazing. But I might be bias :-)
Dr. Downs and his staff go above and beyond the standard medical practice. We have had numerous experiences with our kiddos being sick out of town and had to call Dr. Downs. Thankfully, I didn’t have to take them to an Urgent Treatment Center. We have even been in a foreign country and he went the extra mile to personally speak to the pharmacist on staff. I can’t say enough about him and his wonderful staff.
