This was my second visit to 360 Eyecare for an eye exam . I am always impressed. The staff there are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable and make the whole process seamless. The eye exams are always made to be as comfortable as possible while also being very thorough. In addition to the eye exam I also purchased a new pair of glasses with the help of the staff at the front of store as I needed a second opinion . Top notch service with a smile . I would recommend this place to anyone . Thanks !
I had an appointment booked for a few weeks later but asked to be on a waiting list in case of a cancellation. Luckily for me a cancellation happened and I was given the slot. Excellent service all around from the receptionist through to the pre-examination and then the actual thorough eye examination. Everything is well explained for every step of the process. Wonderful team here. Location is perfect in the beaches. Thank you to the reception team and Dr. Anita for great care. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend! Direct billing is a huge bonus!!
Absolutely first-rate service! They fit me in on a super busy weekend to see the Optometrist, Dr Baraam. Dr Baraam uses the most up to date technology and combined with his genuine care and positive attitude, he is a pleasure to visit. Optician Alvin was so helpful, answering all my questions and provided excellent advcise.
I really appreciated the service I received. Also I was so pleased with Dr. Baraam's thorough examination and taking time to explain to me about the eye and retina. The optician was so accommodating and took time with me also to decide on frames etc. I would highly recommend to my friends.
