8 min late for a 15 min appt.. girls at front desk belittle people. Look down on people
Absolutely terrible! I have tried and tried to get a hold of someone and left many voicemails to call back and nothing! I am a patient I need help. I know we all need a dr but I so don’t recommend this place or at least whoever is the secretary!!! I doesn’t take a week to call back. Oh a week and counting still no call back!!!
Was with them from the beginning it was great for years but the last few years kept getting progressively worse ,I had to deroster to be able to get access to health care on a more consistent basis using walk ins
I think going without primary care would be a better option than this clinic. Everytime I go to this clinic which isn't often I see a different NP and they have another or different treatment plan for an ongoing health issue of 7 months. I went to the clinic for a booked procedure then after an hour of waiting I was told it wasn't happening. The staff here are amazing. I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone here in over 13 years since becoming a patient there. Extremely helpful with great bedside manners. They are like friends for me. 5*
