This place is so dirty and unprofessional you should never come to this place there mechanics are not licensed I don't think the shop is either nor do they know how to fix cars properly. It's took them 4 1/2 weeks to fix a motor and trans they let me pull off knowing the car wasn't done and it broke down on me the same day after giving them $1500 dollars to tackle the problem correctly the trans was bad and if they had driven the car and tested there work they would known this as well.

Info page says open at 8:00 a.m. Been calling since 8:20 a.m. and it's now 9:57 a.m., and still no reply! Obviously, customer relationship not a priority for this business.

I love this place. Even with so many mechanic shops around, it's hard to find one trustworthy and reasonably priced. Almost since they've opened I have taken my car to them every few months for oil changes and for scheduled maintenance. Unbeatable prices and fast service, can't beat it.

I took my car here to 5303 Livernois (now 360 Complete Auto Repair) last week. They did an awesome job on my car's water pump. I actually saved so much money compared to the competitor's that I ended up getting a remote starter for $190. I don't know how I ever lived without it! Especially now that it's getting so cold here in Detroit. Fast, cheap, and friendly. I have a new mechanic now - thank you 360!
