BRUTAL Customer service. I have been using 360 for almost 10 years with not too much issue other than they are notoriously slow to respond. 2 years ago I had them install a new heat pump and ductless heads through out my home. There needs to be some service done with them and I Have now called them 5 times to see if there is an option to get Warranty work done. Not a single person has called me back. Erol was great... completely our oversight, he came by and we found no issue... but did find that another switch controlled the 'dubious' light.
On time, and thorough investigation of issue.
Prompt and friendly. Carried out necessary annual inspection work and provided cogent advice.
Mike was professional & efficient. We were pleased with his spring maintenance work.
