Worst experience ever! – I wanted to clean carpets in an almost new house prior to moving in. Called and scheduled with Cory. He gave me the estimate for a full house special they were running for $199. I explained to him that the house had 2 staircases and was roughly 4500 sq feet, so he should provide a complete estimate. I also confirmed that since I had movers coming in the next day, I needed the carpets dried before the movers came in. If you look up are pricing for the whole house speacial it does explain that you get 6rooms 1hall and 1 set of stairs, that should tell you that any thing above that you will be charged, that is all we did, estimates over the phone are not guarantee to be the price paid at time of service,this customer was told the price befor the cleaning was done and agreed on the price for that large of home, again are company followed its pricing.

This customer is in points telling the truth,but is also leaving out key points 360carpetcleaners did everything to resolve the concerns this customer had we recleaned his house four times and worked on the same stains in his carpet, it was explained to him each time that we could do nothing with the stains in his carpet, we do not guarantee stain removal becuse some stain are not possible to remove.
Best carpet cleaners – I found these guys on the internet and was extremely impressed. My carpet's high traffic areas look like new and the price was reasonable versus the other carpet cleaners. I'm a neat freak and shopped my carpet cleaning to many other companies. None came close to 360 Carpet Cleaning on the extra services and professionalism. The guys were on time cleaned the carpet clean with green products. I'm moving to a new house and will use these guys for my new place when I move in.
Great Job!!!! – I was very pleased with the services of 360 Carpet Cleaners. We were getting our house ready for a family reunion, and we wanted to make our home look fresh. My mom recommended this cleaning company. We got our carpets cleaned throughout the house along with our sofa and love seat. Now our home looks spotless and the carpets look brand new. thank you guys, you did a really good job. We will definitely call you again.

Wonderful Carpet Cleaning Ever! – The technician of 360 Carpet Cleaners are wonderful. They were prompt for the appointment and took the time to explain what they were going to do. They broke down and explained the cost of everything. I have twin 2 year old and my carpet looked drab grey full of food and drink stains and my 3 piece couch had so many stains I was embarrassed to have people come in. Surprisingly Pleased – I have been using 360 Carpet Cleaners for a couple of years and I can only say that they are simply the best. They have done my home, my parents home and since I am in Real Estate they do all my properties that are in need of carpet cleaning. They take their time and they always make certain that everything is well taken care of, they even leave a bottle of carpet cleaning stain remover which works great. I cannot think of another company that I would use in Redmond for all my carpet cleaning needs.
Great Service – This company was very impressive, they actually cleaned my carpet and provided the services they advertise, there was know extra charges and i paid what was quoted over the phone, i am truly impressed with this company, try them and you will be to.
Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service! – After experiencing rather poor service from other companies I was watching these guys like a hawk and to my surprise was completely blown away. Amazing service! These guys showed up with a clean door mat to wipe thier feet on before entering, they also used shoe covers to keep the house clean.
