Great Cleaners – They do a great job of cleaning the Redmond Athletic Club, always prompt, efficient, and use quality materials. The club really shows a difference when 360 Carpet Cleaners come and and clean the carpets.
Very Happy Customer – I went on here to write a review about my experiene with this company and was shocked by what scoopandshuttle had to say. I found it very interesting because I had the exact opposite experience. The van they came in was very clean on the outside and inside, it really looked like they took good care of their equipment and had pride in their company. NOT GREEN! BEWARE! – This has to be one of the biggest disappointments in carpet cleaning. I asked to see the technicians cleaning product that he adds. All he had was a empty worn out bottle of this planet stuff. But had all sorts of strong awful chemicals. Corey the owner was talking over his office person when i called to complain. I did some further research and it's just run out of this guys house. Don't let there website and fake reviews fool you!!!
Rockin' Quick sercive – Great customer service. They were nice and I got allmy questions answered. I have a home in bellevue and I had a horrible pet issue. I did a google search and say 360 Carpet Cleaners. After looking at there website and reviews I decicded to call. It was exciting to hear they had same day service. the pet issue was cleaned and dry before diner time ... Thank you 360 you guys rock.
Wow .... What a relief – I own 3 rental properties in the Redmond area and they we all going to be up for rent at the end of January so they all needed to be cleaned. I saw and ad for 360 Carpet Cleaners at the city gym and found out from the manager they cleaned there too so said hey may be I will give them a try. so I called the number on the flyer and was promptly answered by a nice voice. she was very knowledgeable and quickly set me up for an inspection. Very Disappointed - Poor Customer Service – Based on some of the good reviews I saw about this company I decided to have 360 Carpet Cleaners come out to clean my carpets. I talked to Cory and set up an appointment for the next week. The next day I called to reschedule because I found out I was going to need to go out of town to attend a funeral. This is the owner Corey Phelps, and after reading this review I was in complete shock. Number one I have never personally called a client for any reason other than for a satisfaction of service call. Number two we don't charge 88$ to do extra anything and our technicians clearly state as wells as go over prices with you before the rotovac even touches your carpet, our prices are clearly stated on our web site and we charge 39$ for stairs.
Amazing Service – Awesome customer service! I have a 3 bd home and I have a few animals. I needed to get my carpets cleaned because my family was coming in town. they were fast and professional. I scheduled to have the rest of the house done and i cant wait. The are the best I have worked with and you bet I will be using them again and so will all my family and friends.
Carpet Cleaning GODS – Awesome Customer Service! I was referred to 360carptercleaners by word of mouth. Initially i only wanted 2 rooms cleaned, but after watching the technician clean the first 2 rooms i was sold. We ended up getting the whole house done and at a great price! From start to finish it was memorable. I will definately be using them again and spreading the word!
