Booked a trip in November to 30A Florida (Rosemary Beach Area) in Nov of 2021 because we went the year prior and it is an amazing place. We rented a home on the beach for Labor Day well in advance (January) for our large group. A month prior to the trip, 360 Blue called to tell us that the owner pulled the house of the rental market for no known reason. They did offer another house that could accommodate our large group, although an hour further from our originally booked destination and NOT on the beach. We rented a 4 bedroom, 4 bath Seagrove rental. The first day our vacation began, 360 Blue called and said that the 2nd floor bathroom was not hooked up and not to use the shower/tub until the plumber arrived. That shower was marked with blue tape to warrant attention that it was inoperable. They knew that this bathroom was not functional but did to tell us till day of check-in. I have stayed here several times before without incident but this time the standard was not acceptable for the price point. We paid $7000+ for the week. Refrigerator: We arrived to find the refrigerator was not working and a random fridge shoved in the dining room. There was no working ice maker or a way to have any ice! Cleanliness: The floors were dirty on our arrival and we scrubbed the kitchen floor ourselves the morning after we arrived. The comforters had spots on them. If I could give them 0 stars I would We too have had terrible service and blatant lies from 360Blue with regards to COVID-19. We responded when they informed us a refund was an option and were notified multiple times that we were being processed for a full refund. They have since gone back on their words, which we have ample paper trail of and are now refusing to give the promised refund.
