Third times a charm, never again. The employee's are Rude and display no customer service skills. No greetings, may I help you find anything (it's over there is not help), and a general you're bothering me attitude. If you love to be ignored and fend for your self this is the place for you. As for me, I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Fantastic place. If they don't have what you are looking for, you don't need it!

I love this store, when I am in Arizona it's one of the first places I go. I want to think John for helping me out when my sister who can no longer sew :-( gave me her 6 Needle baby lock and John, bless his heart, was so helpful in getting it shipped back to Ohio for me. I cannot say enough about the people that work there they were all so nice. Thank you again John and can't wait tell my visit next year.
My girl friend and I were treated wonderful yesterday. Bought 10 yards of fabric plus some thread. I live in Gilbert and love to come for a good sale. Wish u sold K fasset at your Tempe store!
If you need fabric this is your one stop shop, I loved it, the best selection anywhere. The employees weren't overly friendly or happy to be working and their check out is an older system for debit/credit cards. But all in all the fabric and notions is what I went in for and my thirst was quenched.
To Joy Ten, I'm surprised you had such a bad experience. My friends and I love to go to this store. The employees usually are informative and fun and occasionally stressed out because of a big response (lots of customers) to a sale, but they are people, like us, in need of understanding. Customers in line are usually very chatty and make the waiting in line quite enjoyable.
I was treated badly by everyone but the one who cut my clothe. Snarled at at the check out counter because I didn't go to the holding pen first...my vision is not so good so I did not know The Line was west side of the out door on the east side. I will never go back
