RecommendedGreat place to find the right machine for you. Jackie and Jan support you in all ways with the new machine. I had an issue with one sewing machine I purchased and they persevered until we got it right. I would never purchase a sewing machine anywhere else Or have my machine serviced anywhere else. I'm a Pfaff girl.
Love both the Chandler and Northern store. I bought 2 machines from them and have taken classes from both stores. They have lots of fabulous fabric and great classes. I attended a sewing retreat they put on last year that was terrific. I love their monthly serger club and am hoping they start a monthly Bernina soon so I can really get to know my new Bernina that they sold me. 😍

Huge fabric selection - new fabric to see every week! Lots of machines to choose from, too (if you're looking). Staff are usually friendly and they are always willing to help you find what you're looking for.
This morning l picked up my sewing machine that l brought in for service and repair. lt's like a new machine! it sews so smooth and quiet...better than l remember when it was new. Thank you to your repair department. ❤

The customer service is awful unless you are caucasian, yes especially John the supervisor he allows his employees to be disrespectful in front of customers and did not do anything about it I’ve been coming there for 20 years and I will never go back again and would not recommend anyone to go back they only report they’re good recommendations and only the Caucasian people give them thumbs up I give them a zero, I also reported to the BBB
They have tuned up my serger and sewing machine two times. I drive 6 hours round-trip to drop them off and another 6 hours round-trip to pick them up. It is worth it :) They look almost new, are spotlessly clean and even smell good :)
