They walked me through the process of filling out the application in a timely manner in order for me to get situated and they were patient in helping me to secure a suitable suite. Explosion in the building, Inhumane response from management, and other problems. In the first 19 or so hours of the explosion, we had NO help or updates from management. Had a mother with an infant not know what to do regarding where to stay for the night (Residents organized and gave accommodation at another building). A lot of residents unable to access insurance because management kept saying that it is ok for us to come back (With no electricity and smoke damage lingering).
