Truly criminals are running this business. Upon move out we followed all lease requirements. We were not notified of any damages or charges. In fact, we received no communication and did not receive our security deposit. After months of ignored phone calls we were required to hire an attorney to get our deposit. I lived in this apartment for 2 years moved out in 2019 paid my last rent now in April 2022 they're saying I owe them and placed it on my credit report. I don't know how to get in touch with anyone regarding this matter.
Enough said! I’ve had several safety issues with this roof! Maintenance supervisor said my ac has been running cold because it should have been cleaned when I moved here 2 years ago!!!!!!! Now they’re working on fix the enormous whole, not done been days. All along the ceiling it has possible breaks and I don’t know when it’s gonna just all fall on me. I live in the apts next to theirs & its 4am. I've been up ALL night because of their tenants booming bassing music. tired of calling the cops for their tenants keeping me up at night. same tenants every time. cops know exactly what apt to go to. I do not live in these apts & I shouldn't have to address this weekly. calls to management are a waste of time as nothing had been done for months now.
Moldy, cracked ceiling, just don’t just stay away from here
The place is infested with roaches the likes of which you have never seen in your life. The apartments are old and not in good condition, except for the few up front that they use as a model which is a trap to get you to move in. also, so far In the last year there was a murder, 2 fires, an attempted kidnapping and there is no security. There is so much more I can say about this place and none of them are good. I'm glad were finally moving out.
Disgusting, run-down apartments with terrible management.
What I have to pass through on the regular. This is also outside of people’s homes. The previous Manager, Dawn, was here for three months and things started to change. Place started to get cleaned up. Communication was so much better. She left and another careless manager came in. I’ve been here since February, good deal at the time. I will not be renewing my lease come February 2020.
