Truly criminals are running this business. Upon move out we followed all lease requirements. We were not notified of any damages or charges. In fact, we received no communication and did not receive our security deposit. After months of ignored phone calls we were required to hire an attorney to get our deposit. This complex serves lower income families. I'm sure many have lost their deposit due to inability to obtain legal counsel. Facility is also roach infested. I lived in this apartment for 2 years moved out in 2019 paid my last rent now in April 2022 they're saying I owe them and placed it on my credit report. I don't know how to get in touch with anyone regarding this matter.
