Good food and views of the city. Beautiful decor and fair prices. The service was a bit slow this particular day, though it wasn't too busy.
Eh. I hope the vegetarian options get better, as well as the $22 mac and cheese. Customer service was excellent, food... Needs work. I'll change my review when the food gets better because we like the view.
Have been here twice. Both times the service was A+. I love their specialty drinks and how they have Cedar Rapids themes. The Mediterranean appetizer was yummy as well as their amazing filet mignon. Love sitting in the private booths watching the city lights. Valet parking is free if you have the 350 staff validate your claim check. We love 350 First and we'll be back!
2 plus hours for our meal ....mediocre food at best. Waitress apologized over and over again. We ate at the hotel because it seemed like the quickest and easiest option. Definitely not
long wait for service (2+ hrs for a meal) mediocre food for the price, expected much better. Will not be returning.
Had a work party. The server was the only one working with us from setting up tables to getting drinks. She couldn't keep up. We ate two hours after the Scheduled time. The food was undercooked and cold. At one point we asked for A1 and they said no how about 57. The whole experience ruined our party!
