Maintenance staff was wonderful during our move in. Raul and his staff are skilled professionals and always willing to go above and beyond to help their tenants.
Former tenant for over 4 yrs, It was quite a roller coaster time. A lot of complaints about maintenance but during my time, wosrt was faulty non working air conditioner, but I was provided a window unit. During Memorial day weekend of 2024 when the opening of the pool would have been an exciting fun time the pool was closed due to a non working emergency phone. When I got home, my AC was off and the thermostat would not come on… Emily at the front office put in a work order and 20 minutes later, Raul, HVAC tech, was at my apartment and flushed the line and reset the thermostat. It was fixed promptly and Correctly. I am very happy with this service.
