I love everyone here. From the new management company to Brooklyn to Raul and the maintenance team. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and have always worked with me in anything i’ve needed. I’ve lived here several years and the community is safe and maintenance is always quick to respond.
Dalecia and Amber made the process of moving in very easy and gave great customer support. Very helpful and extremely nice as well.
I’ve stayed here for about 4 years. No complaints. The customer service from ya ya in the front office is great! Heck of a gal! Maintenance crew are pretty cool dudes too! Overall great experience living here. Just lower the rent a tad lol :)
Be aware! I cannot wait to move out of this place! They pose as luxury but I have had to put in work orders for the community coffee machine to be fixed, the access gate to be opened, the sidewalk to be cleaned of the mud that played on it for months. I’ve had to complain about the dog poop all over the grounds, machines not working in the gym, TVs not working in community center and gym.
