Staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance requests have always been fulfilled within a day or so. Any complaints I would have had were due to my lack of knowledge on the topic. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment.
After reading all the bad reviews I would never move here.
HORRIBLE management! If you choose to live here get absolutely everything they say in writing. The property manager lies about everything she says. Rent is extremely over priced! The only helpful person here is Brooklynn.
Vanessa is extremely rude and unprofessional, this apartment complex needs to heavily consider new management. I wish I could give more stars, but with her in management, I cannot.
We lived at 35 West for a year and couldn’t wait to move out. *they offer gift cards for 5 star reviews so be mindful of that when reading reviews* If you’re considering moving in here I would consider other options, the apartments look nice but that’s about all they have going for them. The staff at the office was great when we moved in a year ago, but since they sold to new the management company the new staff they hired are extremely rude and dismissive.
