Dalecia and Amber made the process of moving in very easy and gave great customer support. Very helpful and extremely nice as well.
I’ve stayed here for about 4 years. No complaints. The customer service from ya ya in the front office is great! Heck of a gal! Maintenance crew are pretty cool dudes too! Overall great experience living here. Just lower the rent a tad lol :)
Be aware! I cannot wait to move out of this place! They pose as luxury but I have had to put in work orders for the community coffee machine to be fixed, the access gate to be opened, the sidewalk to be cleaned of the mud that played on it for months. I’ve had to complain about the dog poop all over the grounds, machines not working in the gym, TVs not working in community center and gym. Everyone here is amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to Brooklynn and Amber for going above and beyond to get me moved in.
I'm a private investigator and live here and I'm not happy. No security and I gave them my security cards. They lost my mail and didn't transfer my electric over. Apartment was full of dog hair and guest room dirty no cups . Hire people who will help this property
