I have worked in real estate for a long time, I would definitely not recommend using this inspection company if you don't want to get into trouble. The inspector literally broke stuff and then reported them as broken. He disconnected the water heater vent from both sides, the water heater and the ceiling, and then said: disfunctional. Worse, he opened the electrical panel, disconnected wires, which happened to be the AC unit wires and then wrote on the report that the AC was not working! This home inspector ran by firefighters was the most professional inspectors I’ve ever dealt with my inspector was very helpful and explained everything, and he was very trustworthy. Couldn’t ask for a better experience plus it supports our local fireman who are heroes

Brian was great to work with. He was very thorough and went through each item meticulously with us. He was patient with our questions and made sure we understood everything. We had a few concerns from a previous inspection and he made a point to give those areas extra attention and provide plenty of detail for us. Highly recommend.
