Chris went above and beyond in answering our questions and explaining results of our home inspection. Even several days after the inspection, Chris continued to respond to our telephone calls to assure we had an understanding of the outcome of his inspection as well as his recommendations going forward. Highly recommend Chris!
I have worked in real estate for a long time, I would definitely not recommend using this inspection company if you don't want to get into trouble. The inspector literally broke stuff and then reported them as broken. He disconnected the water heater vent from both sides, the water heater and the ceiling, and then said: disfunctional. Worse, he opened the electrical panel, disconnected wires, which happened to be the AC unit wires and then wrote on the report that the AC was not working! I had a technician coming who charged... read more
