We walked by a rental we saw on 47th @ Chicago Av. I love the location however, we walked around the house outside smell so much like smoke somebody smoking in there! So discouraging you need to check on the tenants or whatever can’t rent… don’t want to be around that environment if it’s against the rules, doesn’t say if it’s non-smoking.

A few months ago, I was talking to Deanna Star of this company on hiring their services for property management. I had a few positive meetings with her to get some information about their services. On one of those meetings, I made a comment about their contract terms saying that some of the terms in their contract were needlessly harsh and could have some areas for improvement. Next day, I got a message from her saying that they don't serve the City that our property is in and will not work with us. This company is not open ... read more
