I've lived here for 10 years and this place has gone consistently downhill. The current management is the worst group yet. Elevators never work, homeless people sleeping in common areas, old food garbage in those common areas, inconsistent policies and communication, broken/ out of use amenities, no sense of community. The rent has steadily increased as the quality decreased. I cannot wait to leave.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and it has been the worst experience I cannot wait until the lease is over. These apartments have nothing luxury as they advertise. The gate for the garage only works for 2-3 days out of the month then you see cars sitting on bricks with stolen tires or broken windows. The apartments smell like urine because the tenants allow their dogs to urinate anywhere and everywhere. You will find dog feces in the hallways too. Elevators don’t work most of the time. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I’ve lived at this property for over a year, and unfortunately, my initial positive impression has not held up. While the location is great and the updated unit finishes are nicely done, the property management is severely lacking. • The garage gate in Building 2 is constantly broken, creating both a security risk and daily inconvenience. I went to the leasing office this morning to make a verbal complaint because I was the victim of theft of parts from my 2025 vehicle, my property, in the parking lot of building 2 floor 1 in the early morning of July 17 at 3:24 am, recorded with my car camera, but there is no light bulbs I can’t see well enough. Other reviews of this location say enough, I’ll just share an experience I had moving out. Called the front desk: Me: “Do you know the height limit of the parking garage? I wanna bring my U-Haul in but the height markers have faded away” Lady on the phone: “I don’t know” *hangs up on me* Lovely people, really.
