Very inclusive community great leasing agent Marquette has been such a helpful & attentive person to help usher me into my new place here & hearing all my concerns & just a great person to have when coming into a new place & they have events for the residents that way we can know our community.
Lots of break ins of apartments and storages at this apartment. Garbage all over garages and leaking all the time. Smells horrible. Management refuses to respond or acknowledge
It seems like they only reply to the positive reviews. If that’s the case I will keep leaving reviews. There are quiet hours but they have gardeners coming at 7:30 in the MORNING being a disturbance. Waking up out of my sleep to what sounds like chainsaws and the workers yelling across the building outside my window. This needs to be changed asap. Writing this right after this happened today because it is not the first time.
Marquette Evans is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help make me a new key free of charge, when I lost mine and was locked out of my apartment after a 12 hr shift. He also expedited the process an hour earlier than when they opened. I am so thankful for his incredible and compassionate service!
I had a really nice experience, and Daniel was really helpful throughout all the process, highly recommend him to help anybody that is looking to move 3333 apartments.
