I just moved into my new apartment, and the whole process went really smoothly. Big thanks to the leasing office for making everything easy, and a special shoutout to Daniel for helping me with my boxes and giving me a tour of all the facilities in the buildings. The apartment is spotless, the hallways are well-kept, and the community spaces are gorgeous! I’m really glad to have made this move!

Absolutely do not rent here. I lived in these apartments for two years until June 2025 and management has proven completely incompetent and dishonest. They refuse to return the security deposit, ignoring multiple emails and phone calls and giving only absurd excuses. The property is in serious decline: filthy common areas, no access control (strangers and homeless people sleep in the lounges), frequent package thefts, and garage gates left open so anyone can get in. I wish I could give this place a BIG FAT 0!! I have lived here for past 3 years and in the past year or 2 living here has gone downhill significantly. The property is not being maintained properly, and it shows everywhere. There is trash all over the community. Residents leave garbage outside their doors for days, and nothing is done about it. I've been living at the community for almost 4 years and the maintenance staff has been great. Recently my AC Unit was having problems and within a day and a half of reaching out to the office about the issue, they had dispatched the maintenance staff and an HVAC company, the problem was diagnosed, and a brand new AC unit was installed in my apartment. I really appreciate all their hard work and quick turnaround on maintenance issues.
