It’s alright but it’s starting to deteriorate, at least when compared to its costs. Gym equipment that we pay for has gone unfixed for over 4 months, elevator repairs are starting to take longer and longer to be completed, sometimes you need multiple maintenance requests to fix a single issue in your own apartment. But there are positives, the front staff and mail room deals with the chaos pretty well, location is nice, renewals are easy, I haven’t any problems with the neighbors in my time being here. There’s probably better places in Hoboken to run off to but there’s definitely worse.

5 years of on-time rent, zero complaints, and this is how they treats you on the way out- We gave plenty notice to vacate, and were assured about the exit date. All good until we signed a new lease- and were a month away from moving out- we thought of reaching out again just to make sure things look good- The very next day, Anne Shediack “Director of Operations” informed us our termination date will actually be Nearly a month later.
