Just signed a lease for 333 and it’s been an incredibly seamless process working with Elvina. She’s extremely responsive, proactive in flagging available/target units, and accommodating when it comes to catering to our schedules for multiple in person visits. We’re excited about the building!
I toured this apartment building with my boyfriend and we instantly fell in love. Elvina was such a great help, she gave us a very thorough tour and had answers to every single one of our questions. We've also kept in touch after and she's sent me apartments we could be interested in- we told her we love natural lighting, and she's specifically sent us apartments that get great lighting. She's incredibly kind & professional and I've been so happy with this entire experience.
Hi! My name is Shaelynn. My boyfriend and I toured the 333 River building this morning and it was amazing! Elvina was amazing! She was very informative, thorough, and friendly! The building had great views and amenities.
Good building, great location with proximity to the path, bars, coffee, rests and waterfront. Amazing Hudson river views (my apt is water facing, so costs extra). Has a gym and 2 nice communal terraces with BBQ. Staff is resourceful and accommodating, specially Hazel & Sheri from the Leasing Office. A tad pricy, but you have here location, conveniency and a good community.
My husband and I recently moved into 333 River Street. We’ve had a great experience from touring the building, the move, and settling in. Elvina was our leasing agent and she was extremely nice, helpful and informative throughout the entire process. We were able to come to the apartment for measurements prior to our move in and she was very accommodating to our questions and requests.
