Before I explain the reason for 2 star I want to say that their food and service is top class . I have been coming to c level for a decade first as a single guy , then with my husband. We have celebrated lot of life events there . This Thanksgiving me and my husband came for Thanksgiving dinner with our 5 month old baby and I was dismayed that restaurant like c level /island prime has very poor facility for changing table , the one in men's room was dirty and was flimsy looked like it will fall apart .
