They seems cannot understand why it is important for residents to have a good rest. I lived here for 13 months and almost every month they would do at least 5 days construction in early morning, and every construction was super noisy and would kept working until afternoon. I totally cannot understand why there’re so many noisy constructions need to do!!! During the construction, nobody can sleep or work at home.
I live on the fourth floor of this building and there have been ongoing cockroach issues throughout the property in hallways, garbage rooms, and inside multiple apartments. Several tenants have reported finding roaches in their units, including on beds after being away for the holidays. That means those apartments were unoccupied and the roaches were still present.
