I live on the fourth floor of this building and there have been ongoing cockroach issues throughout the property in hallways, garbage rooms, and inside multiple apartments. Several tenants have reported finding roaches in their units, including on beds after being away for the holidays. That means those apartments were unoccupied and the roaches were still present. There are ROACHES！ DO NOT MOVE IN! I just move in during Christmas, I’ve only stayed here for around 3 weeks and I just saw a giant 2 inch long roach on my bed! I’m on the top floor! DO NOT MOVE IN this building whatever concession they give you!
