Horrible management! 0 security! Don't recommend anyone to move in to this building! 330 charges only for location!! But there are so many other nicer with better location buildings, where the management cares !!! Rude leasing office and very unprofessional Rosa! Never seen a manager who does not care about her JOB !!! The worst experience ever!!!!!
Do NOT be fooled—this is NOT a luxury building, and it is certainly not “Class A” by any stretch. Living here has been a constant headache due to the incompetence and unresponsiveness of the property management team. Despite paying rent on time for months, my ledger still shows incorrect late fees, and I’ve had to fight repeatedly to correct THEIR mistakes.
