RecommendedI’ve lived at 33 east for a few months now & i love it so much! The staff is always SO nice here & the maintenance people are always so quick to fix things when we need them fixed. (My roommate asked for assistance with our garbage disposal because it was making a funny noise & the maintenance man was at our room in 20 minutes). Rent here is so inexpensive and I feel so safe here, couldn’t ask for anything better!! Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a safe place with great prices.
I'd give this place -5 stars if I could. I had the absolute worst experience living here. They lie and say they don't mix students and non-students in the same apartment when I've had many roommates that are not students. The problem is that the office had no idea what they were talking about. I had black mold in my shower. Moving in, the place was very half-ass cleaned. poor management..they are very rude. nobody is ever on the same page and the “manager” never takes ownership for mistakes made by the staff.
RecommendedMy daughter lives at 33 east and it is a great experience. The property is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I had to turn of text messages because so much fun stuff i was getting jealous :) like bingo for groceries, free breakfasts and seasonal events. The lease was clearly laid Out all expectations clearly stated. Ignore all the negative reviews because they are truly not our experience. Great property with great support.
1 star for good maintenance -4 stars for poor management and digging up my pumpkin patch
