Pulled up to the parking lot and the gate automatically opened, I thought it was odd as I’ve been here before and you usually press a button for a ticket but thought maybe they were scanning license plates. Leave 30 mins later and tell the clerk I never got a ticket. She says to my face I’m lying and just lost my ticket and I need to pay $17. I asked repeatedly for any way to escalate this/manager to speak to she said she can’t put me in contact with anyone else.
Don’t park in this garage after 8 PM. My husband had a 9 PM MRI appointment. We got a ticket at the entrance gate and parked at 8:50 PM. When we tried to leave, the machine wouldn’t accept payment to let our car out. We had to wait an hour for Colonial Parking to come and remove the gate.
