Wayne the receptionist is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered! He is so combative and argumentative over the phone. Worst customer service experience I have EVER received! I canceled my appointment, I had cancelation confirmation number but he wouldn't even let me talk to let him know that I did in fact had canceled and had a confirmation number and e-mail.
