Did a great job. Were very clear and open with any questions I asked. Loved the staff.
Unfortunately- they are not honest. They did full SRP's in all four quadrants - our insurance denied it as not necessary nor meeting the requirements to be covered. At first I thought perhaps it is an insurance issue - called my provider and called the office. I was told there was nothing the office could do. The manager was very rude about the entire situation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! They are quick to give you quotes and Charge you the max blaming the insurance company for the overage where in reality they are the ones charging you for Higher cost procedures that your insurance NEVER approved. Office staff has terrible services and it starts with the office manager.
As professional and welcoming as it gets. My kids love this place and these people and that alone would be enough for me...but there is so much more here. 6 stars.
I'm a brand new patient and have been so impressed with how they have cared for me. It's the latest in technology with old fashioned service! Highly recommend Dr. Vo and her entire team.
