I was greeted with a friendly voice when I made my appointment and she spent at least 15 minutes on the phone explaining the philosophy of the practice. She also looked up insurance info. for me several times to make sure everything was covered. Dr. Contractor was so nice and reassuring. Also gave me the best cleaning ever! I was nervous being new to the area and having 2 bad experiences with other dentists. He helped me to feel at ease and I told my co-workers about my good experience.
