Literally the worst parking structure ever. Crazy incline to get in, tight parking spots, I dont even know if there's an elevator so taking the stairs is like the only option and it reeks of urine, the stairs are also corroded from all the urine, I dont know where the pay machines are either so I had to pay the flat rate which was $20. Avoid go anywhere else
Literal piles of fresh diseased human feces in the small elevator on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Metal staircases covered in slippery mysterious liquids and smelled like all kinds of creature piss. Apparently city sanitation is not in charge of it and no numbers posted to call for cleaning. If I could put 0 stars I would.
Tokyo village doesn't validate here. Find another structure
This is the worst public parking garage I have ever experienced. In broad daylight, my rear window was completely smashed and my suitcase with all my belongings was stolen. I filed a police report only to find out that this is a common occurrence in this city and nothing will be done. Never coming back to visit this place.
PARKING.... We booked parking days before through SpotHero. However we wasted nearly 45 minutes just trying to enter and exit the parking structure, which cost us time, money, etc. As a result, we completely missed the event we had planned to attend. This was an extremely frustrating experience and reflects VERY POOR parking management. Overall, a disappointing and poorly managed facility. NO STAR!!!
